Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for change of mind on food items once they have been delivered.
Return Process

Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details regarding the quality issue or damage.

Email clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the batch number to help our quality control team investigate the discrepancy.
- 3.Assessment Process
Our team will review your claim within 3 business days to determine if a refund, store credit, or replacement is the appropriate resolution.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, replacements will be dispatched immediately or refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
